My D ran out of space in her AP score sending sheet that they get in the mailbox with AP scores. (shes appyling to 10,but there's only 7 spaces) But she has an old copy without 1 of her AP grades a year ago, so she plans to fill in the last 3 on that sheet. Do you guys know if sending the old score to colleges would automatically include the new score (most updated) version?

It won’t work most likely. Son had not used the same ID number for different years of AP tests (chose to not use SSN and of course didn’t know the past year’s ID #) and not all of his scores were sent to the school he enrolled at- he had to get them to make their computer realize he was one person despite different ID numbers. Therefore I would not count on old paperwork being updated.

You don’t have to send the official scores when applying; the universities usually just want self-reporting. When your D will get her 2009 results, she will send the official scores to the university she will attend (there will be only one, so no hassle and no $$ for reporting…).

If you want to send them anyway - I think it’s quite all right to use the old sheet; and I believe the result will be the same for the first seven and for the three you’ll request with the older sheet. If you received all the scores from previous years the last time you got the scores, it indicates that EFC has all the scores in the same file. My DS also had two accounts (despite using ssn!) - and when he received his 11-grade score report, there were no scores from the previous years…

It is a waste of money - you only need to send the official scores to the one school where she will matriculate. (All the scores can be self-reported on the applications.)

But I am sure that ETS will be happy to to take your $$$ if you want to send the official scores everywhere. I’d call them and ask what’s the right way to do it.
