I was just wondering if BC would offer credit for a 3 on an AP Chem exam. The website says they don’t, but I know some colleges who have been flexible with their AP policy.

Please and thank you. :)

You can ask someone at BC, but I think the website seems to imply that only 4 and better gets you the credits (or, more accurately, the waiver).

If you find it posted on the website as requiring a 4, you can be pretty confident that that is the Uni policy. Can/do policies get over-ridden on occasion? Absolutely, but it’s gonna be extremely rare.

I’m pretty sure BC has been fairly solid on its AP policy, so I don’t think they would give it to you. It’s worth a shot to ask though. and you should keep in mind too, ap scores don’t give anyone credit; they just fulfill certain core requirements which in turn allows you to take more electives.

a little off topic…but do any of you know when AP scores come? have you or do you know anyone who’s gotten them yet?

grace:

according to the AP thread on cc, ap scores are in the mail, at least for a few west coast states:
