On college applications when you attest to having say, received an AP exam score of 5 on the history exam, do you HAVE to send in score reports once accepted into that college? Or is that only if you want to use those scores towards credit? It's a question I've always wondered since the people I go to school with are extremely competitive, and I definitely would not be surprised if people tried this..

Don’t try it. It’s not worth the trouble.

You just need to self-report your scores on your application. Then whichever college you choose to attend, write that on your scantron in May of your senior year for College Board to send all of your scores to the college you attend. No need to send scores to any college at any time that you don’t attend.

do you have to send the scores in though, that’s what im asking

No you send in your score after you choose which college you attend (May of your senior year).
