AP self study

how exactally does this work? Do you take the test with the rest of the school even if you're not enrolled in that ap class? Does the school still cover some of the fees?!?!?!?

Pick one course out of the 35 offered(preferrably a area you are strong in), get a good-expensive textbook, study through year, walk up to counselor at March, pay 82 bucks(No way the school covered my fees), prep with review books from the local library, cram in at last 3 days after losing your resolve for self study in the last 3 months to test, wake up late on testing date, smile, and hope to God you actually get a 3 or above.

No, they don't care about the class, lot of home schooled kids do it.
As I said above, the school doesn't pay for your test because it is really your gamble.

Find a teacher nice enough to lend you stuff(like textbooks), that could save a couple bucks.

Wow! I fell lucky that my school payed the 82 bucks for my self-study AP Gov't!

even if we take the class, my schoo lonly payed for 30 bucks.

For next year...
