with these books alone are my chances good to get a 4 or a 5 ?? Should I do anything else or just study these books ?

any mention on the other books ??

bump.... any advice for the other subjects ? is it possible to just no these books and get a 4 or 5 ?

I would highly recommend using a textbook for physics. Review books are just that. They're not meant to be your primary study guide. I don't know how much time you can devote to actually going through a physics textbook considering all the tests you're studying for, though, but if you can, I would really really highly recommend it. I can't really say anything about the other exams.

And if you're wondering which texts you can use, this site gives a list of recommended books, any of which I'm sure will suffice.

is takin this many subjects to much ????

Depends on your schedule. How many are you taking in school?

3 but i have a 98 in ap calc and ap enviro w/o any work put into it and a 96 in ap comp gov wit little work im bored in school and this is my way to occupy myself plus im almost done studyin ap psych and half way through physics and us gov

I personally wouldn't like to study physics without a textbook, but if you're doing fine with the review book, then I guess it works for you. Another reason textbooks are good is because they usually have a wide range of problems that vary in difficulty. The harder ones really assess your understanding of physics, and I like to know what I'm really good at vs. what I'm not good at. Find problem sets for the things you've covered so far, and see how good you are. It's really easy to have a superficial understanding of the material and think that you get it because you haven't done enough actual problems.

I don't think that a prep book has enough actual practice to check your understanding, so try actually doing more problems. Have you just been reading the prep book, or how do you study for physics?

i have the 5 for 5 prep book but i took a pre- ap physics b class last year but my teacher left after last year so now we dont have ap physics at my school anymore . Last year my teacher focuses on understanding the concepts first then applyin them to problems and thats how im studyin . I have my notebook and the skeleton notes from last years class and ill be gettin a text to do more problems
