AP Self-Studying

Hiii, rising junior here planning on self-studying 5 APs junior year (my school doesn’t offer any AP courses).

The tests i’m definitely taking are:
AP macro
AP micro
AP us gov and politics
AP bio

and the last one i’m debating between is either AP stats and APUSH. in math, i’ve taken up to algebra 2 so far and will be taking pre-calc this year. i’m planning on majoring in business/finance/economics or something of the sort. okay, so my questions are:

  1. do i need to know apush for ap us gov and politics? (i’ve taken us history honors)
  2. does ap stats require a graphing calculator? like do i definitely need a graphing calculator to get a five?
  3. which ap is harder?

Answer for 2 and 3:

  1. Yes, you definately need a graphing calculator, Ti84 or Ti89 recommended.
  2. AP Bio is pretty hard, rest should be easy

Answer to 1) you do NOT need apsuh for AP gov and politics, its the opposite actually. The things you learn in AP gov will later be used in AP US. I took apush first and I will say it helped at times but nothing major.

They’ll be all hard, if you self-study.
