I need to fulfill the physics requirement for HPME at NW in order to apply, but do not know when I should take it. This is what my junior year schedule will look like.
Spanish III Honors
AP Seminar or Physics
APUSH
AP Lit
PLTW: HBS
AP Calc AB
AP Bio
Is the trying to achieve the AP Capstone diploma worth it? If I do choose to take AP Seminar I will have to take physics my senior year, along with AP Chem. It will be just regular physics though, as my school does not offer AP or anything.
My senior year schedule would basically look like this:
AP Spanish
AP Research or ???
AP European or AP Psych
Anatomy
PLTW: Medical Interventions
AP Stats
AP Chem
Taking physics with AP Chem is discouraged at my school, but does anyone have experience with it? I have taken Integrated Chemistry and Physics, as well as Pre-Calc, which I have heard will be a little helpful in physics. Is this true?
Thanks for the help!
