AP snacks between MC & FR!

Yes, for Calculus, my teacher gave the class egg mcmuffins.

For US Gov and English Lit, the AP coordinator provided trail mix, granola bars, and gummy fruit snacks.

For Chemistry (at another high school this year), muffins and crackers were provided. I had a chocolate muffin between the mc and free response to wake me up, temporarily.

On the subject of food, my high school has an annual AP picnic, which is supposed to be next Thursday or two weeks from now, but nothing has been planned and it has been barely discussed.

duckedtape, haha that's hilarious.

I think my school is standard

Enviro - bagels and juice
Calc - bagels, caprisun, fruit loops (I regret eating this though.. it's just too sticky)
USH - doughnuts and caprisun
Bio - wth my teacher wasn't even there to wish us luck
English - I hope we get bagels.. bagels are always good

GPAx213, are you taking AP English Language, tomorrow?

wowwwww. u guys are so lucky u get food. the most we get is a 10 min break to use the bathroom and eat w/e stuff we happened to bring.

yeah nhsharvard, and im ready to fail!

my teacher sucked so I'll be grateful for a 3. Aiming for a 4 though

Well, GPAx213, good luck!!!!!

I never took AP English Language, but I took AP English Lit this year. My teacher was good, but I was really shocked by the last question about major and minor characters. I ended up writing an overly siplistic essay on it (only good for a 5/9).

Hopefully, I get, at least, a 3 or 4. I will be shocked, if I even get a 5.

OH luckyy.. we don't get food..during breaks, i mean we can bring our own, but our teacher doesn't give us anything

see we don't take the APs with our teachers. like some random teachers will procter but no one knows who they are. so we like never get food at all. in fact for bio..they stuck like have the people into the auditorium to take it.

Even with random proctors, the teachers still find a way to get food to the hallway outside the testing room. They don't have to physically be there to give you food...

Man, I was at a huge testing center and we weren't allowed to eat. My stomach was growling near the end :P

even when our school provides SAT test, we provide free snickers ,bananas ans bottle water to every test taker~

My calc teacher brought us bagels, candy, and donuts.

Physics teacher gave us candy.

Lang teacher brought a ton of donuts.

I refused to eat any of their offerings. I don't need a heart attack during the test. Sugar overdose. ^_^

Wow. And I thought my school was being gracious with the snacks. We got bottled water, granola bars, and various little chip-like snacks. (Yikes, I typed "snakes" twice in place of "snacks." Not too good.)

wow... not only did our school not provide snacks, but we weren't allowed to bring water or snacks with us at all...

We don't get anything. I thought food wasn't allowed during the exam, per collegeboard rules. That's my school's reason for not bringing any.

what?! i've never gotten any food! man..Einstein bagels!

My APUSH teacher bought everyone water bottles.

Today, however, my English Language teacher made everyone care packages. She actually sat there and made sandwiches for everyone, baked us oatmeal-raisin cookies, and included a juice. I love my English teacher! <3

What? We didn't get any snacks! I suppose it's ok, though. The school paid for all our exams.

^wow that is awesome. That is so much better than getting snacks lol. I payed 450 dollars just for AP exams this year. :(

^^ OMG. Free AP exams >>>>>>>> free food.

agreed ^

the exams are like $84 at my school, it went up a dollar from last year
