So, I’m taking AP Spanish next year and am really nervous about it because I took honors Spanish 3 the year before and received an 84% first semester and a 94% second semester (I actually studied for tests second semester). I would be more than happy with a B in AP because it weighted and everything. How difficult is AP Spanish exactly?? Thank you!
AP Spanish Lang is SUPER EASY! Senior year I took AP physics 1, Literature, US Gov, and College Prep Calculus (which was combined with the AP Calc AB class, but we had an easier grading scale 80%=A). Spanish was by far the easiest of the 5. I got an A both semesters with only studying 30 minutes in my Gov class, the class right before spanish, whenever we had a test. We had a test around every 2 weeks or so. I got a 4 on the test (my best score for my classes this past year).
AP Spanish is pretty easy. It just depends on the teacher and how much effort and time you put into the class (I assume you’re taking Spanish Language and Culture). Just read all the articles, make flash cards for the vocab that you don’t know, study conjugations, etc. and you’ll be fine. A lot of the people at my school who complained about the difficulties didn’t put any effort into the class and expected the smart kids to give them all the answers. You’ll do fine
