i want a 4 also but i don't know how i (non-native) can get it since i haven't been getting much practice in the class.

I think practice is key. Just keep on practicing and review stuff that you missed.

does anyone know the score ranges for getting a 1,2,3... and so forth? Thanks in advance!

Spanish language was definitely a hard AP test for anyone that wasn't non-native. The top non-native score when I took it was a 3, and this was from people such as myself that 5'd like 8 other exams. All I can say is... good luck :P. Doing things like reading online spanish periodicals ( such as el pais ) will give you constant new experience with reading, for example.
