I am looking for a good AP Statistics online class. I have come across quite a few online, but I am looking for recommendations from past or current students of such classes or their parents. Can I get some feedback? Thanks.
Why do you want to do the class online? Colleges aren’t impressed with online classes for the most part, unless there is a specific reason.
If you’re simply doing the class online as a self-studied AP, you might want to save your money. Colleges would far rather see an actual grades from a taught class at your school. They don’t give extra points to kids who stack up on APs.
If, on the other hand, you want to take the class due to a particular interest in stats and no such class is offered at your school, then it’s fine to take a class. Understand though that it won’t be a particular boost to your application.
