I just got my portfolio back and I saw I forgot to fill out my six digit school number and I don’t know if this matters?
Also under the number of pieces, there is no check mark under ETS (for both number of pieces and scoring sheet), so I don’t know if that matters or not too.
If anyone can tell me if these things will affect my grade, that’ll be great.

I have no idea about the school number, but I just received my quality portfolio and neither of my ETS boxes have been checked either.
