AP test question

Ok so as i look into going premed (high school senior) i was wondering for Required Pre-Med Course requirements can AP tests that count for credit take the place of one of the classes that are on the list.

Like for example: If i got a 5 on AP Bio and my college counts it for credit to replace a Bio class and lab is that also good enough to count towards my Pre-Med requirement or do i have to re take the course in college?

Do med schools look poorly upon someone not taking the class and just using AP credit.

IDK if i made that clear enough or not so sorry in advance
ask and i can try to clarify further

and the reason i ask is that i have conflicting interests; like i want to major in aerospace or mechanical engineering AND go pre-med...tough i know...is it even feasible or am i just dreaming...any advice is appreciated
