AP Tests after high school

Hello, I will currently be graduating high school this year as a Junior, I wish to apply to a university in Italy called Bocconi University for next year (2018-2019), however the issue is that they require 5 AP tests (or 4 AP tests and a year of higher education) in addition to the US high school diploma. I already meet the requirement for a year of higher education as I took college classes while in high school however I have never taken an AP class (mostly cause my school doesn’t offer them), so I want to know if it is possible to take an AP test after high school, what are my chances for getting accepted to the test, and what are the 4 easiest tests I can take. Thank you!

Although I have only taken a few AP courses, what I have heard is that the 4 easiest AP classes are AP Human Geography, AP Computer Science Principles, AP Psychology, and AP US Government and Politics

You need to go and inquire information from a local American educational institution about the possibilities of taking the AP test. Normally there wouldn’t be any problem with that.
