so if i get a passing score in calc bc and a passing score in stats, i can use BOTH of them?? which math test would you suggest that i focus more on studying?

is it true that the calc bc test is pretty much useless if i don't wanna go to higher math? there is a math requirement no matter what, right?

just wanna know now so i know which one to study more, i mean cram! thanks

Depends on what college you are in. A 5 in calc bc can get you out of math 31A and 31B / 4 out of 31A if you are in L&S. Engineers only get out of 31A with a 5 =[.

BUT you mentioned only getting a passing grade... like a 3? In that case it seems like calc will get you more credit (8 units vs stat's 4 units). They both meet the quantitative reasoning requirement.

letters and science can only get you out of 31A with a 5 as well. 3-4 gives you units, not credit.
anything you pass should give you units toward graduation. if you want credit for certain classes, then find out what scores give you credit for which classes, and do your best on those! :)
