What's the best textbooks for statistics?

What's the best textbooks for Computer Science A&AB?

Wow. You are really going all-out for AP's. I'm afraid I don't have much advice to offer you, except for Computer Science.

In my Computer Science A class (and I know next year for the AB class), we use Java Methods by Gary and Maria Litvin, and I have found it to be a very good resource. Just make sure you get a copy of the student disk, which contains many files used in their examples.

"Java Methods: An Introduction to Object-Oriented Programming" is the textbook we use, by Gary and Maria Litvin.

However, they also have two other books which look to be equally good, and one is specifically tailored for the AP Computer Science exam.

"Java Methods AB: Data Structures" by Maria Litvin and Gary Litvin

I would assume the following book is more oriented specifically towards the AP exam:
"Be Prepared for the AP Computer Science Exam in Java" by Maria Litvin

Garraty is a very good author. The American Nation really is a good text, but it's pretty dry and doesn't focus heavily on social trends (something that is important on the AP USH exam). As a textbook, however, it's great, so if you study with that, you be fine.

I'm not familiar with the other US History books.

Thank you for your reply!
