Interesting, APUSH was death here. Lang/Comp wasn’t bad if you didn’t put stuff off.

Well, blue, I personally adore history, and I am very adept at it so, I found it very easy. The coursework was slightly rigorous; for example he pretty much lectured the whole time, and assigned like two, maybe three HUGE assignments a marking period, and the Unit Exams were based solely on his lectures. Mostly, however, my teacher was very relaxed. He taught very well, and definitely knew his stuff, but my class sort of brought out his chill side, and many a time we would find ourselves on the verge of tears from laughter. We even managed to teach the man the conept of the “that’s what she said” joke.

Overall, the class was hard if you didn’t pay attention, but if you did, it was cake. The only time it was slightly hard was during the first marking period when he purposely made it difficult so that he got rid of the people who really weren’t on the AP level.

^I think that’s great that your teacher was able to make it a good class for you. Sounds like he was really good. Interest level def helps, as you said you really like history. The APUSH teachers here (2) are both pretty dry and rely on a LOT of reading & written hw. Unless you are hard core humanities, even AP kids avoid it. Sounds like Lang & Comp was the opposite here from what you had.
I was just interested in how different it can be at different schools.
