AP U.S. Govt. Help Thread!

For the first question, I think it may be A or E...the elitist theory of gov't is that the wealthy or elite dominate policy, so that's a little iffy. The top official in the DOJ is not the Chief Justice though (Supreme Court) -- I think it is the Attorney General, who is a member of the Cabinet. Are you doing questions from the PR book? I'm studying Barrons

probably .

These questions are from a real AP Exam.
PR is too easy. I will not recommend it to anybody.

Attorney General is one of the answer choices too.

I think I should have gone with Barrons. too late now.

There are way too many obscure court cases in my review book...hopefully the test tomorrow doesn't ask about all of them.

which do I do: reread PR or do practice tests (with answers already on them due to time)

The elitist one is A.

i have the answers to those real tests

the attorney general is the top official in the department of justice

The Justice Department is headed by the Attorney General..just read that in Barron's like 4 seconds ago :)

anyone have any quizzes i could take for last-minute review?

have you tried this out yet: http://www.sparknotes.com/testprep/ap/

lol, I am planning on taking the test like at 4 AM tonight like 4 hours before exam...in about 10 minutes i will take the Barron's Test then go to sleep, then wake up at 4AM and after that take Spark notes, then review the vocabulary section of Barron's review. so, that leaves me with a 4 to 5 hour sleep night...not too shabby....peace out everyone and good luck..i'll talk to all of you after the test and will also talk to anyone else pulling all nighters..all right hen, peace out peeps.

I need to start studying for my AP Comparative Exam!

How long is each essay supposed to be???? A standard 5 paragrapher?

no no just put bullet points

OKAY WRITE THE LINES 'NOT ALL BATTERIES ARE THE SAME' and 'EGGS ARE EGGS' as often as possible on the gov test tomorrow morning! im getting as many schools as possible to do it!

lol, leaving ina half-hour OMG i think i am going to fail!!!!!!
