Could anyone who has taken this class, either online or in a school setting comment on how hard or easy it is?

alot of stuff you jsut have to know. if u know the constitution / supreme court cases you’ll be good. of course along w/ everything else ur teacher teaches you. just make sure u self study those 2 on ur own time XD

It’s really easy. Review court cases, read the PR (which actually isn’t that great compared to the other subjects they’ve made books for) or maybe find a better review book like Barron’s. I’ve never used that one though.

I wouldn’t call it difficult, it’s just a lot of memorization. It’s way easier than APUSH if you took that.

is this on the easier side when it comes to self studying?

This was my easiest AP class. If you are the type of person who follows the news and already has an understanding of politics, a lot of this will come easy. A lot of it is also memorization, like supreme court cases.

definitely. alot of it is just general knowledge you’ve gained over the years. and alot of common sense, minorities vote democratic, etc.

Yeah, if you follow politics and have an interest in American History, AP Government tends to be pretty easy. If not, simply get Barron’s.

Lol the weird thing for me was getting a 5 on APUSH and a 4 on this exam. But I’m sure this isn’t the case for most. I found the test to be less demanding intellectually as APUSH.
