Noticed that there were suprisingly no threads, so I though I'd start one... How does everyone think they did?

I thought that the 1st half of the MC was easy, but there were several questions on the second half that I could only narrow down to two remaining answers. Thinking 60/80 on the MC.

For the FRQs, I thought that the DBQ was probably one of the better topics it could be for what I knew. Probably didn't get an 8 or 9, but I wrote 4.5 pages, so that should help.

I chose the second and fourth topics for the free response questions and didn't do too good on the second, but did great on the fourth. Hoping for a 4/7 respectively.

So I thought the multiple choice was kinda hard, prob got between 20-30 wrong. The essays were really good though, I used 9 out of the 10 documents for the DBQ which was a really good topic, had lots of outside info. I chose 2 and 3 for the essays, the 3 was my best one I had so much info but i also liked 2. Im hoping for a 5, I got a 5 on AP world last year! If not a 5 then a 4 but I will find out in july!

I thought it was a bit easier than I expected.
I think I got really lucky or something.
MC was easy. I read Crash Course, and I think I probably got as much as 70/80 right.

DBQ - Jackpot! The topic was on one of the ONLY TWO DBQ’s we’ve done in class.
FRQs - Just b/s’ed but they weren’t terrible either.

I missed 10 max on the MC. I wrote one page front and back on the DBQ, I would think I probably scored a solid 5 on it. I wrote on 2 and 4. On 2, I had so much outside information. I probably scored 6/9 minimum just because I didn’t really write it how they ask. On #4, I wrote forever on the one about the liquor (I’m trying not to reveal any details) and on the immigrant part I only had like two paragraphs, half a page. I’m pretty confident in getting a five, though.

A couple multiple choice I had not even recognized, probably got 15+ wrong. DBQ was a godsend. I wrote three pages and used four documents. First set of FRQs were horrendous. I chose the first onesbd wrote only 1.5 pages of pure bull ****. the third FRQ question was exactly what I had been hoping for. Wrote three pages. I think I did pretty well, 4 at least

For the FRQ that asked you to talk about TWO of the three, is it bad to write about all three? That’s what I did, but when I told my history teacher she said its really bad… Then again this is her first year teaching APUSH.

Not to sound condescending, but I thought multiple choice was insanely easy. I will be disappointed if I didn’t get a 90% + on it; there were only maybe 6 questions I guessed on.

DBQ was good. Thankfully not about ***** (college board may kill me), like AP Euro last year.

I did FRQ 2 and 5. I think I could better on #5 as we just reviewed that stuff, but I did #2 first, so maybe I was too burnt out.

But honestly, I either got really lucky for MC or my teacher has really obscure questions on our tests all year. I finished that section with over 20 minutes to spare!

I have a question: On the DBQ, I only used one (and a half) source(s) of outside information because I couldn’t get my brain to think of any specific sources. Does that ultimately guarantee me a 4 on the DBQ or will the 1 use of outside information allow me to get a 5?

And the MC was pretty easy for the stuff I studied (up until after Reconstruction). A lot of the things after 1920 left me completely blank (35-45 correct).

The DBQ, I will presume a 4 based on I only used 1 outside source (4)

The 2nd FRQ I think I nailed on the head! I studied that topic and I think really understood what I was talking about (6-8)

The 4th FRQ I completely BS-ed. I had no idea what I was talking about, but put together topics from review sessions I had went to to relate topics. (3)

I hope my predictions are not over exemplifying my actual scores, but as long as I meet the required 3 I am good. With my predictions, do you think I reached it?

Lol I wrote 7 pages for my DBQ and 2-3 pages each for my free responses. I’m hoping for an 8, 4-5, 3, respectively. I apparently read the Ida B. Wells question too quickly because I had thought it said Tarbell. Bah humbug.

I found the MC pretty easy overall, which is a surprise. I probably got around 10 wrong, and that’s okay with me! Not to mention everyone in the room taking the test started laughing when we first opened the packet up and saw the one image, which we had just gone over the day before!

I was ready to jump up and start dancing when I saw the DBQ, but seriously, that thing was godsend. Ended up writing 3 full pages with every piece of outside information I could think of.

I was ready to dance too when I saw those FRQ’s. Chose question 3 because I knew so much about that time period, but my organization was way off, so we’ll see…
Did 5 since I blanked out with 4, so 5 was the most difficult one by far for me.

I thought the whole test was very easy this year. I took the test last year and it was ridiculous.

Last year:
What color shirt did Thomas Jefferson wear while signing the Declaration of Independence?
A. Cream
B. White
C. Off White
D. Beige
E. Slightly off white

This year:
Who was president during the Civil War?
A. Barack Obama
B. Clifford the Big Red Dog
C. The Proclamation of 1763
D. Adolf Hitler
E. Abraham Lincoln

I read crash course and would be surprised if I missed a single MC question. I thought it was that easy lol.

Felt like I Herman Cain’d the essays. DBQ was a joke mainly because I was well acquainted with the time period, and essays 2 and 4 I found pretty easy as well due in large part to AP English.

APUSH was really easy for me. I think I missed at most 8 Multiple Choice and my essay scores averaged into the 8 ranges because my teacher stressed the topics really well.
