For the questions that say to answer the question in regards to "TWO of the following...," is it bad to talk about all three points?

Will I loose points for this?

Why would you do that? They might, but I’d say they’re more likely to just count the first two topics you discussed.

Unfortunately, I think you will. They want you to only pick two and then 1) write a strong thesis forming an opinion on the issue 2) back up your thesis with probably two supporting paragraphs, one for each topic.

Sigh.

What a “champ.”

I’m pretty sure you get penalized for failure to follow directions. There’s a reason TWO is capitalized.

My teacher told us that if somebody does that, the reader only counts his/her first two points and then ignores the rest.

I just took the AP this morning, and for the final FRQ i accidentally mixed up my amendments and said that Prohibition was 19th and womens rights was 20th…how badly will this hurt my score for the essay? the rest was pretty solid i think

It’ll be a minor ding, at best. Depends on the grader though. You might get off no penalty if the reader feels sorry for you.
