AP US History preparation???

In preparation for the AP US History exam,
have you guys used any prep books?
I'm hearing lots of recommendation on Kaplan's APUSH book, but I'm not quite sure.

Please let me know for recommendations/feedbacks on books on APUSH..
thank you.

Hmm, here’s what I got/posted from another thread.

US History: Amsco, PR (Amsco’s more recommended)

I haven’t really heard about Kaplan’s USH in these forums though. PR and Amsco’s probably your best bet since they’re the two most recommended.

AMSCO is definitely your best bet. I personally would not go with Kaplan (some of my former classmates used Kaplan and although they thought it was pretty comprehensive, but their scores didn’t really improve as much on practice tests as opposed to those who used REA/AMSCO). Granted, these students were actually pretty good in APSUH. REA (which I stuck to b/c I had trouble getting AMSCO in time for the test) probably takes a close second to AMSCO, IMO,

I used Princeton Review and got a 4. I took one of the practice multiple choice sections at 3 a.m. the day of the exam. Not recommended, but I got pretty good results from the last minute review. But yeah, PR is my personal favorite, although many say AMSCO is the best, and it probably is.

Crash Course. Your welcome.
