<p>Is there any benefit of taking one vs the other. It would seem CLEP is better since it offers straight college credit. Some school take AP's at varying scores but CLEP... seems that if you pass and are awarded credit it is accepted. CLEP can be done anytime vs AP is only given once a year. Am I missing anything?</p>
<p>Forgot to add. All schools being considered accept CLEP and AP 3 and above</p>
<p>I would also like to know if "CLEP credit" or "AP credit" appears on a college transcript - I get the feeling MBA school would not be happy with a bunch of CLEP credit right?</p>
