AP vs IB Please Help!

Current sophomore at competitive private in Orange County, CA.
WGPA: 4.79
UGPA:4.0
Class Rank: 3/410
I am struggling to decide what I should do my junior and senior year. Full AP v Full IB.

Proposed AP Schedule:
Junior Year:
Religion 3 (compulsory)
AP Calc BC
AP Physics C: Mechanics (will take both tests)
AP English Lang
AP US History
Latin HL 1
Ancient Greek 2 Honors

Senior Year:
Religion 4
AP Stats
AP Bio
AP English Lit
AP Econ (will take both macro and micro tests)
Latin HL 1
Ancient Greek SL IB (only three school in world offer this)

Other Stuff:
Self-study for AP Psych
Taking General Chem at local college this summer.
Research at UCI

Proposed Full IB Schedule:
Junior Year:
Philosophy HL 1
Math HL 1
Bio SL
English HL 1
AP US History
Latin HL 1
Ancient Greek 2 Honors

Senior Year:
Philosophy HL 2
Math HL 2
AP Physics C
English HL 2
Econ SL
Latin HL 2
TOK

Which one is better?

Most likely either schedule would be viewed as “most rigorous” by your school. Confirm that with your college guidance counselor. So it doesn’t matter.

My one observation is that your proposed junior year schedule (non IB) appears more intense than your proposed senior year schedule. My sense is that you can lighten the junior year schedule a bit without compromising the “most rigorous” coursework designation.
