I am taking world history too, this website helps.
How many percent can you get right on the practice tests?

Here's one my son found. He seems to think it's useful.

Thanks A Lot!

IF i am getting about 67% on practice tests on MC can i still get a 5?

^^ yes. my teacher showed me a breakfown of the grades. most people getting between 66% - 77% on the MC get a 5. Like, 71%. It also depends on your essay, and some "tag" questions (most people who get like, 5 special questions right, end up getting a 5 even if they failed all of the rest)

what do you mean margsala, that sounds insane, if you get certain questions right that automatically means a five. doesn't make sense

I took the exam two years ago, and I would say that doing really well on the multiple choice helps a lot. I ran out of time and only had a half a page written for the change over time essay, but I got a 5 anyway since doing well on one section will make up for another.

The ETS makes college students take the test and there are some questions that most colleges students cannot answer but yet are essential for this course. Those questions become "tag" question e.i. 88% of people that get question "X" right get a 5, while there are other question that are not as relevant. So yes, there are some questions that answering right almost guarantees you a 5.
I am not saying that this is a fact, because the collegeboard never said it was. But my history teacher grades for the collegeboard and he provided us with this information.

AP World History book ???

I have 5 steps to a five book i think its a great book,but just find the multiple choice harder there than in other books. Dont you feel that they are harder than on the real test?

Could You Please Give Some Exemples Of Those Tag Question, You Just Completely Scared Me By Mentioning Them.

what does MC stand for? and does anyone know how the barrons test and kaplan tests compare to the real teest

MC = Multiple Choice ... I took the test last year ... used the Barron's book to cram ... I had already taken the course, so I answered all the review questions ... If I missed more than 2 on a chapter, then I would go bac kand review the chapter ... I got a 5, but that will only work if you already have studied your info

MC = Multiple Choice

are the MC questions on the practice tests comparable though (barron, kaplan and princeton)? in degree of difficulty or which one has the better practice tests

As far as Barron's I honestly don't remember, except that all the teachers endorsed it as the best study guide. It was comparable, not more or less difficult

I mean for 5 to 5.
