<p>I was checking the 2014 AP list for Dartmouth, and Dartmouth had 5's only in European and U.S. History listed for credit.</p>
<p>Does Dartmouth offer credit for AP World History? Wonder why or why not?</p>
<p>They don’t, no idea why officially, but my guess would be because AP World is kind of…a silly exam. (Rome. Han China. Requisite 1 latin america question. repeat). Also, while a conceivable course could be American History since x, or European history since y, its not like Dartmouth has ever offered History of the world. But you just get an unspecified credit each for the other two, so its not like any of them place you out of a class.</p>
