Is it possible to self-study AP World History? If so, how? Do i use barrons and memorize every single thing in that book, or use a more less detailed prep book? Should i use prep books or a text book? Do you guys know of any good AP WH textbook?

Thanks!

get Traditions and Encounters by McGraw Hill and study the barrons for the details and the princeton on the last week or so for review.. They dont call it the princeton review for nothing. It also provides more realistic tests.

Just learn how to write DBQ's a month or so ahead of time. If you have had AP Europe then the DBQ's are the same, but for US they are much different.

I self-studied World as a frosh and got a 4, which is quite low for my own expectations. I'd say it was a difficult self-study.
