AP World?

So far, I only took honors U.S. history freshmen year. I'm taking honors U.S. government sophomore (a joke), but even though I was recommended for AP. I guess the rigor of my other classes are fine, except for physics (I'm taking regular). But my school offered AP's for both classes, so I'm afraid this will hurt me during college admissions.

Will not taking AP social studies hurt me when I apply for competitive colleges? I'm unsure whether to take AP world next year (junior) to make up for my lack, since I'm planning to load up on a lot of science and math classes (like calc bc and ap chem). Any advice? Thanks!

Colleges like to see AP classes on a transcript. Try to take st least 3 or 4 during high school. Colleges like to see you attempt to take the hardest class possible than easy classes and getting an A in them.

Take the AP class and get yourself a Kaplan book to prepare for the final exam.
