<p>To what extent do colleges consider AP scores in the admissions process? What about self-reported scores (such as on the common app)?</p>
<p>They can only help you. However, they’re not given as much weight as other things, such as your SAT scores or GPA.</p>
<p>However, colleges love to see that you’re taking a number of AP courses and receiving good grades in them.</p>
