Where can I find blue books, except for the Student Store? They do have them at the markets or something like that? The professor also said to bring two "big ones," whatever that means, because I've never seen a blue book...are the two sizes very different, and will it be bad if I just get smaller ones (3 smaller vs. 2 bigger)?

You can get blue/green books at GBC, Ramona’s, etc.

Blue/Green books come in 2 sizes, big and small. The big ones are about letter sized, the small ones are 2/3-3/4 the size of the big ones.

I think they make green books now. Blue books are the same as green books.

Thanks, @copperback and @demoz
And yeah, @demoz, I found out today during the exam that green books are, apparently, just the big version of blue books. Weird xD

no they have big blue books too. green means recycled i think.

Copy Central sells blue books at higher prices. Your best bet is buying green books from the Cal student store.

Make your own.
Step 1: Blue/Green construction paper
Step 2: Staple tons of **** lined paper.
Step 3: Write “BLUE BOOK” on the cover
Step 4: Admire it.

Hehe

But also note that if you have meal points, it may be better to use your overpriced meal points to pay for your blue books anyways.

I got a bunch of free ones at Calpalooza. They were handing them out in front of the RSF! I guess it’s a little late now but next year you can just stockpile free ones.
