Apartments vs. Dorms

very true emmeline. the dorms are mainly good if you're a freshmen, or an RA. freshmen need the community and the programs. RAs, well, they run the show and dont pay! i'm currently in that state of limbo between freshmen and RA, and im already getting pretty tired of the dorms (cost, food, space issues, getting supervised, etc.)

i'm an incoming transfer and the apartments have been very boring

I enjoy living in the apartments. Sure its not a great way to meet people. But its roomy, comfy, and I have my own kitchen and bathroom.

The price is great, right at 600 per month for each of us. And full utilities paid.

The only downside is that its near south campus and i'm a north campus major.

How much would a one bedroom/bath cost for one person?
