APIASF Scholarship?

<p>This is a scholarship for asians and pacific islanders. I found it when I typed asian scholarships on google. I was just wondering if anyone knows if the scholarship and the site are legit. I sent my counselor the recommendation request but her browser didn't let her access the site because it was "untrusted." This just seemed a little suspicious. Should I be worried?</p>
