<p>People are are telling me not to worry about the "400-500" word range and worry about the "character count" (which would let you fit in about 900 or so words)</p>
<p>I already wrote, and got revised, a great paper but its based on the character count and is 902 words?</p>

<p>I agree with the character count suggestion. You will probably want to revise your essay to be significantly less than 900 words though.</p>
<p>I would still try to get it closer to the 400-500 word range. Better to be safe than sorry.</p>
<p>There is always stuff that can be cut out of an essay. Remove any fluff or irrelevant information. Try to cut down wordy sentences to simple and concise ones that get the same point across.</p>
