I attended a summer camp at a university. should i put that under the basic informatin "List all other secondary schools, colleges/universities (including summer schools and programs) you have attended, beginning with ninth grade." or under the part 2 section 4 Academic Honors and Programs "list any academic awards or special academic programs (independent research, science, summer) since the bigging of the tenth grade"?

I would think that it best fits "special academic programs". If you are still unsure, you can call the admissions office and ask.

on form 2, #4 asks for academic honors and programs and #5 asks to list extracurricular activities, positions held, honors won, letters earned.

one of my extracurricular acitivity is math team and i won several awards at different competitions. should i put the awards under #4 or #5? also, there isn't enough room to list out the awards, so should i just say "numerous awards at math competitions"?

thanks.

list the few most prestigious awards that can fit in the spaces

wait.. so you want the activity (math club) in the extracurricular section, but the awards in the award section, correct?

that's one of my questions. i know i should put math team under extracurribular, but should i put awards i earned under extracurricular, honors (#5) won or under academic honors (#4)?

so you think summer camp should be listed under #4 academic honors and programs? then what is basic informatin "List all other secondary schools, colleges/universities (including summer schools and programs) you have attended, beginning with ninth grade." for?

The basic information in that section applies to secondary institutions where you've earned credit. Basically, stuff that has to have a transcript sent in. Summer College at different schools, for example, would have college credit attached, thus you would need to have them sent in.
