<p>This is bothering me. My school offers a fair amount of EC's, but for some reason or another many of them don't appeal to me. Even though I've been in a few clubs, I would definitely not say they are where my passion lies. </p>
<p>My problem is that the Columbia application seems to offer 6 spots for in-school, versus 3 for out-of-schools extracurriculars (I've only seem the pdf version, so the electronic could be different). </p>
<p>Does this mean I should list every mundane whim I've had in school activities, while narrowing down those outside school the the few I'm insanely passionate about? Or should I keep the "passion level" the same, listing maybe one or two school activities while risking looking (here it comes!) "uninvolved"?</p>
