<p>I filled out my application a couple months ago, before recieving my ELC notification. In the letter, it told me to use a personalized account. However, on the regular application, there is a slot for ELC Pin #. Am I supposed to apply through my personalized account and fill everything out again, or just use my old one with the ELC number?? is there a differenece?</p>
<p>They are exactly the same. All the personalized app does is fill in parts of the application for the ELCers who haven't started they're application yet. If you've already finished it then just use that.</p>
