App Question

I received an application in the mail, its the same one that is available for download on their website, and it says its the application for 2006-2007, but it says they will start accepting applications Sept 15, 2005. Is this a typo, or is it last years application?

From the Wisconsin Website:

Begin completing the online application
Download and print a copy of the paper application
Request a copy of the paper application to be received in the mail
The first day the Office of Admissions will accept applications for fall 2007–08 admission will be September 15, 2006. The application deadline for fall admission is February 1. This deadline applies to freshman, transfer, and reentry applicants.

The application for 2007–08 will change only slightly from the 2006–07 version. Students who would like to begin considering or working on their application can download and print the 2006–07 Application for Undergraduate Admission (pdf, 274K) to get a sense of the form and questions. Please note, the important Applicant’s Statement (Section VII) will not change in the 2007–08 application. The same question will be asked of applicants, so students who would like to begin writing their Applicant’s Statement may do so.
