Thanks in advance for helping me, the last thing I want to do is get rejected everywhere I apply. I have no idea if I am shooting too high for my schools:

Thank you very much for any help, I am very nervous about how quickly I am going to have to apply to these schools. I think many CC veterans know much more than me about this process so I want to make sure I have everything planned out well.

nice to see a fellow CTer on the boards ... of course UCONN is a safety, the rest I am not to sure about-if your apply early enough michigan and wisconsin might be matches

hopefully some of the more knowledgeable members can help you out more

You seem to have a good strategy, and you have thought about it. Your top three choices are possible- you would have a really good chance if your SATs were a little higher. Still, I think that you will get into one or more of them. You are smart to apply early. You should get into a number of your RDs. One thing that I noticed- most of your RD schools are smaller than your top choices. Sure you don't want a couple of big places on your RD list- BU, Northeastern, etc? If not, it's fine. You have some good schools on that list have a good chance of getting into them.

can you please post your freshman year schedule? i'm getting the feeling that your school is just tagging classes with 'honors'. honestly, 4.7 GPA but 20xx SAT? i'd think you'd be at least in the 22xx range

I actually think you have a good chance, perhaps your EC's are weak, but not terrible. How about applying to one of your RD schools EDII, if you have a runner-up??

I think Mich is a match for you. Wisconsin is also a match. Northwestern is a Reach. It's good that you're doing ED. SAT is probably good enough, GPA seems good too. Do you know your UW GPA? Weighted GPA is not much use. ECs are, in fact, weak (I played school sports/earned varsity letters and I still managed to balance a rigorous courseload and numerous other activities). I don't think that the lack of ECs will hurt too much.

yeah I think my ECs are my weakest part, however at my school Varsity Captain is a year round commitment almost 5 days a week. I calculated my UW GPA to be 3.78 (each A was 4.0, each B was 3.0, etc.) so hopefully thats good.
