<p>fyi, i'm writing in place of my friend...</p>

<p>she applied for UPenn and when she checked her status page online,
it said "Outstanding Application Materials."</p>

<p>she's wondering whether this means something special.
(this "Outstanding" that is).
does everyone have this statement too?</p>

<p>by outstanding they mean stuff that is not yet received by them. it doesnt mean outstanding in the sense of excellent!</p>
