Apparently I was accepted to summer?

<p>Hey guys, I just got an email saying the following:</p>

<p>Earlier this year we offered you admission to The Florida State University for the Summer 2012 term and requested a response to our offer no later than February 15. Since we have not heard from you, and the deadline is quickly approaching, we'd like to remind you of the following:
The dates for the Summer term are July 2 - August 10.
Accepting our offer, which is not binding, will allow you to follow through with other University procedures, such as attending Preview and applying for University Housing.
By accepting the Summer offer, you will be able to enroll in the Fall 2012 term as a continuing student.
Once you are absolutely certain that Florida State is your college choice, you must pay an admission deposit of $200 to secure your spot in our incoming freshmen class. The deadline to submit this deposit is May 1.</p>

<p>However, I don't recall being informed of my summer admission...I was deferred from fall and on the FSU page it said a decision will be made on March 14th. Anyone know what's going on?</p>

<p>Yeah, gonna call tommorow morning. Although perhaps I should just accept the offer…lol :D</p>

<p>My daughter applied for and was accepted for summer term last year as an incoming freshman. She did not have to give a final decision until May 1st. So, this is really strange.</p>
