So yesterday my counselor told me that she sent my high school transcript to NYU. She chose to send my transcript, along with her recommendation online using the Common Application. However, today as I was checking the status of my application on NYU's website, it said that my application is "Incomplete" because they apparently have not received my transcript. They should have, because my counselor said she sent it to them online, and I already did my part by completeing and submitting the student section of the Common App. This is really bothering me, because I'm applying Early Decision, and I really just want everything to go right. What should I do? I feel like I keep pestering my counselor...I've been in to see her at least five times since this school year has started, and I feel like she may start getting annoyed. She also seems unsure about many things, including if NYU received my ED Agreement or not, which makes me even more nervous. Help!

It takes some time for them to receive and process your transcript with the rest of your application. I would give it a few days before you worry about it

@fairy : In you common application, check if you application has been downloaded or not. After submitting the status of your application submitted and after the concerned school has downloaded the status changes to downloaded. As this isn’t the deadlines season, IMO the schools would only download forms once every 4-5 days. So give atleast a week and then call the school (NYU)
