<p>Same here. I set my time to their server's time and exactly at 6:00 am I began he process. I wasn't done, paid for, and time stamped until 6:41 am. Luckly I got through before I have to leave for school.</p>
<p>It says they won't be accepting applications until Nov. 1?</p>
<p>I think for returning students the date is Nov 1st and for new students the date is Sept 1st.</p>
