<p>1,734 waitlisted and 3% were admitted from the waitlist</p>
<p>I saw something from BU that said they admitted 9 people from the waitlist. It was either from last year or the year before.</p>

<p>I talked to someone at the admissions office today, she said in the past two years nobody has been admitted off the waitlist. This year it doesn't seem like the school got any less popular.</p>
<p>Why does BU waitlist some applicants and put some in CGS if they don't "meet standards" (not meaning to offend anyone and i'm sorry if i do)</p>
<p>And this whole Tufts syndrome thing is ridiculous because it leads to situations like this.</p>
