<p>Originally, I wasn't sure if I was going to finish TAP because of a few classes which I had to petition. Therefore, I didn't submit a TAP certificate. However, I finally got the classes I need and now have TAP finished. Can I appeal UCLA stating that I now finish TAP as my basis?</p>

<p>there’s a deadline for TAP, you missed the deadline. You can’t appeal on the basis that you now have TAP. you might be able to appeal and state that you are now TAP eligible but don’t say that you have TAP itself.</p>

<p>also consider saying that after thorough evaluation that you want into “X” because of “Y”</p>
<p>where “X” is a less impacted major. and “Y” is a damn good reason.</p>
