Does anybody know the process of appealing?

I know it is required to contact the admissions office and speak with an officer prior to appealing; however, when i called the office the lady was quick to get rid of me and gave me no chance to ask about appealing.
Should I just call again?

Do you have a grounds for appeal? An appeal along the lines of “please let me in”, and that lady will just yell at you for wasting her time lol

I think I heard they need you to show them new information…awards and new ECs don’t count. I think it means like, for example, being diagnosed with cancer. Maybe not that dramatic.

Yes, I know it’s old and not new but the appeal process is the same every year. But, I’m not even sure that they’ll have appeals this year.

well i dont have anything as dramatic as cancer, but i do have personal struggles that fall under the point category they have on their website…would that apply?
i’m so nervous about calling and asking to appeal!

and thank you for the website, it helped :)
