Appealing Decision?

What new “compelling” information possibly exists for appeals if they won’t accept new grades, new tests, new extracurriculars, new letters of rec?

Did you get rejected or waitlisted, or just not accepted to the major you want? I think if decisions have been made the information they’d accept would be corrections. If errors were made on your grade report or they didn’t receive your latest test scores, they might accept those. But if an error wasn’t made, I don’t think you can appeal. Colleges don’t have time to revisit every app. If you were rejected, it’s sadly probably time to move on to your other options.

I believe they recommend calling the admissions office to find out why you were denied before appealing the decision. Have you done that?
