<p>I know they say you're not allowed to appeal, but my counselor said you could and I think I want to. I only want to go to Yale since im 7!</p>
<p>The worst thing that could happen is that it won't work. You're not going get further penalized or anything. So I guess go for it if you truly want to. I've heard of someone doing something similar for upenn after getting rejected. It's not unheard of. Good luck ^^</p>

<p>Yes she did, but she had amazing stats ... I believe it must've been her essay or recs that got her rejected in the first place, and she addressed that in her letter (or was it phone call?) to upenn. I think she asked them to consider her app again with reasons why or something .. not really asking to be admitted, just to be reconsidered. But I don't know her personally, so I can't say how it actually went.</p>
<p>But this type of stuff must be happen very rarely I'm sure, so be fully prepared to have them reject your request. But of course, it never hurts to try. best of luck ^^</p>
