If you are planning on appealing your merit award, you must do so in writing and fax it to our office. You can also e-mail it to the Admissions Committee (call our main # for that e-mail address). In your letter make sure to highlight your reasons for the appeal and any additional information you feel you could benefit from. You should receive a written response within 4 weeks of receipt of your statement.

I know it’s a little irrelevant, but are you out of state?
I know Salve Regina is an absolutely beautiful school, but it’s not known for being a very good one.
Half the students transfer out after freshman year.

Just curious on why the negativity towards Salve. My son is struggling to make a final decision by Saturday. Salve is one of his top schools he is struggling to decide if he should attend or not. Give me more feedback. Thanks.

I too want to know more about the negative comments. My son decided to attend Salve yesterday but I am concerned about recent negative post. He has facebook chatted current students and received only positive feedback.

I encourage both of you to contact our admissions office at our main line (888-GOSALVE) to be connected with the admissions counselors who review the applications from your sons’ respective high schools. Even at this point in the decision making process, we are more than happy to connect you with a Salve student who can answer any questions or concerns your sons may have. That way, you will gain the perspective of someone who actually attends school here and can provide you and your sons with firsthand information. All the best!
