<p>I worked in a state for 9 months (lived for 10) and then went to another state to do another job for about 6, came back to the original state in march and since then was accepted into that state's grad school.</p>
<p>I understand that I haven't lived in this state for 12 consecutive months but I do own a house, have a driver's license, voter registration, car registration, etc. in this state but I just haven't lived here for 12 straight months.</p>
<p>My question, do I have much of a chance to appeal this since they gave me out-of-state or do you think I'm pretty much screwed given the fact that I did not live for 12 straight months.</p>
