Appealing to UCSD. Chances?

I was rejected to UC San Diego, and I was not waitlisted either. I'm interested in appealing the admission decision because it was my first choice college, and I would love to go there. I'd like to know how likely my appeal would actually be successful.

I called UCSD admissions, and they said I was off the cut off point value by 736 points. According to them, I have a 3.63 GPA.
SAT I: 2040
SAT II: 730 in Chemistry and Biology, 770 in Math II
I'm involved in choir for three years and for two years, in musical theater. My only leadership experiences have been Senior Council and Copy Editor for the school newspaper. I do have "new and compelling information." However, I'm interested in majoring in Biology, and I know it is incredibly competitive.

Please help, I'm stressed out about whether or not I even have a shot. Thanks.

to have an appeal you better have done something great.

3.6 gpa is mediocre. Remember if you’re going for an appeal its not to be placed on the waitlist but to be given acceptance. Do you think you are up there with first-round accepted candidates?

u have 3.63 UC weighted GPA???
